Oh YES they do! Speaking as someone who totally went to middle and highschool with a bunch of Morrissey loving Latinos, I can tell you that they will wear the shirts, quote the songs, and be all, "Meat is Murder". And, they read biographies of Morrissey and stuff. The Moz loving Latino kids were always super cool to hang with, though.
In hindsight, I've known my share of the emo Latinos, but what shocked me was: do the Morrissey-Mexicans include the gangsters, like the ones who wear button-up shirts with only the top button buttoned? I think that would be an odd sight, to see a Morrissey shirt underneath. But hey, more power to them.
The Moz-Mexis I knew from school had the rockabilly look, roughly. Jeans, big boots, slicked back hair. A somewhat retro vibe.
