tee-hee! was this in one of your classes or in one that you were teaching?
I think that you argued quite well how the Bible is full of sex. Think back to your insights about Moses (albeit Pounds) and his parting the red sea and mastering the flaming column, ahem! I mean, all personages in the Bible who walk through exapansive and parched deserts holding their staff -- its all metaphor for male adolescent angst when all you want to do is 'bang a chick' but you find that most weekend nights, you are left holding your staff all alone.
