I'm employed for the summer, though not gainfully: I got a Ninth Circuit externship!
It's been a good week. My horoscope said that I'd have a run of good luck until January 5, after which Jupiter left Capricorn. In the case of the job, I more or less fell ass-backwards in luck.
Now, if only I can work in some gainful employment for the summer...

Nice! My sister used to go to 9th circuit sessions (in Pasadena, right?) just to see the action. Nerdy, huh?
Lol, that is too funny! My courthouse is in LA, but I learned (not too long ago) that there's a 9th Circuit court in Pasadena too. Haha, I'm such a poser... But your sister's legit, dude.
she ended up writing her dissertation on supreme court behavior, so yeah, she's hardcore with the legal nerdy-dom. :)
