God is telling me not to make money

If there is a higher order to the universe, as I believe there is, it is important to pay attention to the cues. Right now the cues are suggesting that I not strike it rich. It seems so improbable that all my get-rich endeavors could fail so comprehensively. Greater idiots than me are succeeding, and the greatest idiots of all are the ones rejecting me. I never gave much though to the poor path because I actually determined that it was much more prestigious and I was much less qualified. But if this works out - and I find I'm more excited about the poor prospect - then it must be time to regroup and reimagine my life.
